When you are buying a second-hand vehicle, you are taking a large risk. Allcare Automotive offer a Pre-purchase inspection service to help you to make the right decision about purchasing a car. We can check structural and mechanical components to identify any potential problems that may arise. Then you can make an informed decision about buying a vehicle.
The pre-purchase inspection includes putting the car up on our hoist and examining the structure of the car from underneath. Often this can reveal that the car has been in a bad accident as the chassis of the car is warped or dented. It can also reveal rust in the framework or flooring that might not be visible from an inspection from above. We also look for rust in other common areas and any evidence of previous panel repairs. We also look at the level and condition of the transmission fluid, engine oil and brake fluid as these can all reveal problems with the mechanical condition of the car. We take the car on a road-test to check the operation of the engine, transmission and driveline. A pre-purchase inspection only costs $132 which is a small price to pay when you buying a car that costs thousands.
