There are 3 options for the drop and go car service. Before coming to our workshop you will need to call us on 9384 0401.
At this point, we will get all the information required to fulfil your needs and work on your car.
DROP & GO OPTION 1.
– Drive your car into our workshop and leave it in one of our parking bays.
– Put all your windows down and exit the building leaving the keys in the car.
DROP & GO OPTION 2.
Park your car in one of our bays outside the workshop and drop your keys in our front door key drop off slot. (This option is also available before we open)
Once we have inspected your car we will ring you before any repairs are performed.
Payment can be done with a credit card over the phone and your keys can be left in one of our combination key safes.
You can also come and pay in person using our external open-air office at a 3-metre distance.
When we have finished working on your car it will be sanitised according to VACC standards (Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce).
